About our Membership
CFAC Membership Benefits:
This will give you the following:
- The possibility to perform at our many festivals and or events
- All performers MUST be up-to-date on their membership fees in order to be considered for an event or performance opportunity
- Free advertising in the Newsletter of your own groups activities.
- Opportunity to attend development workshops on a variety of topics.
- Free information from our staff on Grant/ Foundation Applications
- Free promotion of your group on our website
- To be considered to participation in CIOFF Festivals around the World
Membership with the Folk Arts Council is $125.00/year per group ( $75.00 For individuals)
You can receive a TAX RECEIPT for your membership fee as well
( please note we will send a Tax Receipt on request only )
The Community Folk Arts Council is an umbrella organization representing and promoting the richness and diversity of the cultural and artistic activities of the many heritage communities throughout Toronto. All of the performers that are featured at CFAC pay a annual membership to participate
